30-Night Sleep Guarantee
At MoonHush, your comfort is our priority. We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 nights of delivery for a refund.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be in clean and undamaged condition. Products that show signs of misuse, alteration, or damage caused by the customer may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at support@moonhush.store with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will provide instructions for shipping your item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Refunds

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please complete a return for the original product and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as heavily used or damaged sleep products may not be eligible for return. Final sale items are also non-returnable.
