Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time

We ship both domestically and internationally. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

International Shipping

MoonHush proudly ships worldwide. Please note that international shipments may take slightly longer than the standard 3 to 7 business days due to customs processing or carrier delays. Additional duties, taxes, or import fees may be applied by your local customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Any applicable fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Delays and Lost Packages

While most orders arrive within the promised timeframe, delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist you.

Risk of Loss

All purchases from MoonHush are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss passes to you once the package is transferred to the carrier.
